As you may be aware, on 27 October 2023, Dedalus – the current operator of HealthClaims services – entered into an agreement with a company to be renamed HealthPoint Claims Pty. Limited.
The change in ownership of the HealthClaims business is expected to be finalised on 6 April 2024, and in accordance with the requirements of the Sale Agreement, updated Provider Terms and Conditions will apply.
Unless we notify you otherwise the updated Provider Terms and Conditions for HealthClaims are effective on and from 6 April 2024 between HealthPoint Claims Pty. Limited and you.
As you already know, the Provider Terms and Conditions have been developed in conjunction with all the participating Health Funds. Aside from the substitution of HealthPoint Claims Pty. Limited for Dedalus as the provider of the Claims Service and minor formatting changes, there have been no other changes to the term and conditions of the HealthClaims service.
Please ensure providers and staff within your practice are aware of these Provider Terms and Conditions and keep an eye on the website for any updates.
